Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment
- Full payment is required by 31st October 2026.
- Bookings made after 31st October 2026 must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
- Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Full Table Cancellations
- Cancellations made on or before 25th November 2026 will receive a full refund.
- Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for full table cancellations made after 25th November 2026, as food, staffing and preparations will already have been committed.
Reduction in Numbers
- If individual guests are unable to attend after 25th November 2026, refunds will not be issued.
- However, at the Manager's discretion, the value paid for cancelled guests may be transferred to a drinks tab for the remaining members of the party on Christmas Day.
Non-Attendance
No refunds will be issued for guests who fail to attend on the day.
